CRM Platform

I developed a custom CRM platform for Ioweb3 Technologies using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) to streamline project and task management within the organization. The platform allows efficient handling of projects and their associated tasks, offering real-time tracking and updates. It includes detailed features for maintaining records of every task under each project, assigning responsibilities, monitoring progress, and managing deadlines. Additionally, the system integrates employee attendance tracking, helping the management monitor workforce productivity and daily engagement. This solution improves internal coordination, enhances task transparency, and optimizes overall workflow efficiency.
